Pictures with the studio agreeing to cancel a promissory note and releasing the deed of trust covering her family’s property in Sherman Oaks. In addition, a new promissory note is executed and secured by a deed of trust on the family’s newer North Hollywood property. Signed at the conclusion in blue ink by Woods, and also signed by both her parents, Nicholas S. and Maria S. Gurdin. In fine condition, with a few light creases, and some soiling to top left corner. Pre-certified PSA/DNA and RRAuction COA.
