Four items, all in French: LS, signed by Alexandre Berthier, one page, October 3, 1803, naming Citizen Dequercy a Master Sargeant; DS, signed by Henri Clarke “Duc de Feltre,” dated July 12, 1812, appointing Battalion Chief Denis de Trobriand to the General Staff of the Grande Armee; DS, signed by Charles Francois Dumouriez, dated December 16, 1792, requesting the re-entry into service of Antoine Delbos, Sergeant Major of the 49th Regiment. Dumouriez signs and sends back to the Minister of War. Also signed by the Administrators of the city of Le Quesnoy; and LS from Nicholas Soult, “Mal (Marshal) Duc de Dalmatie,” March 30, 1831. A letter to General Jean Antoine Dejean informing him that the King has appointed him to the reserve corps of the General Staff. In overall very good to fine condition.
