Lot of four documents . 1. A handwritten, marked duplicate, from Savage Mining Company to Guild and Curry Co. for an assessment done on both gold and silver samples dated 11 July 1867 with a partially tied orange state revenue stamp. 2. Handwritten assessment dated 6 May 1867 with no stamp. Both are torn half pages in good condition.

3. A sales receipt for two ingot moulds for $15.00 each plus 2 boxes for $1.00 purchased from John Taylor & Co. of San Francisco by Savage Mining Co. on 14 April 1871. One small hole and folds. Very good condition.

4. Receipt for $250.00 issued on 30 April 1871 by Superintendent James G. Fair, for 30 days work as an assayer to D.W. Baliks. One small rip in corner. Very good condition.
