Lot of 2. 1) Lone Mountain Mining Co. Measures 12”x 6 ½” No mention of state law incorporation. No. 855 issued to Jas. J. Rutherford. On May 30, 1904 for 1000 shares. Signed by Secretary S.L. Wright and President W.F. Jane. Vignette of a miner pushing a mining cart in the top center of the stock. And small vignette of a small dog with a box and key in the lower part of the stock. Vignette of a miner and cabin within the border on the right side. And a miner at work on the left side of the border. Green border and black print. Green safely print and gold embossed seal in the lower left corner. Slight crease in the middle and a tear in on the right edge. U/C. 2) Lone Star Consolidated Mining Company. Measures 11 ½” x 7 ¾”. Incorporated in Nevada. Stock 05936 issued to Harry A. Beneke on August 28, 1922 for 1000 shares. Signed by Assistant Secretary J.L. Whew and President N. H. Wheeler. Vignette of a star at the top.
