Leake for 1000 shares on August 9, 1907. Signed by Secretary Chas S. Thomas and President name illegible. Three Vignettes present. First one present on the upper right corner shows a miner panning for gold. Second is located in the top middle. Shows several miners at work in a mine. Third on the upper left corner shows three miners admiring a find. Black border and print. Gold safety print and embossed seal in the lower left corner.
