Bragdon as Vice President and L.E. Goodbeclet (?) , Assistant Secretary; printed by Utah Litho Co., SLC; U/C; measures 9.5" x 5.5”; black ink on light green paper with gold seal; The Mines Register, Vol. 8 , page 764 shows that this mine was idle by 1908. 2) Greenwater Saratoga Copper Co., Incorporated in Wyoming, 1906; Certificate No. 1199 issued March 27, 1907 to Thomas W. Stapler for 200 shares; signed by H.F. Bragdon as Vice President and Robert M. Todd as Secretary; printed by Utah Litho Co. SLC; not cancelU/C 9.5" x 5.5”.
