TLS, 1p, small 4to, New York, Jan 26, 1914. A letter of encouragement to George Thomas on Masonic Hall stationery. In part, “<i>There is very great interest in the Cause in the West and in the South, and the Organization seems to be in more prosperous condition in all parts of the country than ever before. We now have organizations in all but two of the states. We appreciate the work that you have been doing in Manchester, and judging from your letter you have the right idea of interesting patriotic and good men first, and then increasing your membership. I trust that you will form enough Courts to soon establish a State Court.</i>..” Moderate folds; general wrinkling and light creasing; edges trimmed; o/w Good/VG.

11. All bidding is done in a competitive manner. The
winning bid will always be one bidding increment
over the second highest bid. The minimum
acceptable bid for any lot is 50% of the low
estimate given in the item description or $25,
whichever is higher.

12. Payment is expected immediately upon receipt of
invoice. All accounts are payable to Signature
House. Payment must be made in U.S. funds. Wire
transfer details are available upon request.
West Virginia residents will pay a sales tax of
6% unless a resale number is filed with us prior
to the closing date. For sales outside of the USA
a credit card is requested.

13. Shipment is made via U.S. Postal Service or
Airborne unless otherwise instructed. Handling,
shipping and insurance charges are added to the
invoice. Oversize and foreign shipments are subject
to increased charges. All items are shipped
immediately upon receipt of payment.

14. Golden Guarantee: All material is returnable within
seven days providing that it comes back in the same
condition. There is a lifetime guarantee on
authenticity to the original purchaser. The item(s)
must be returned with two letters denying it’s
authenticity by expert authenticators acceptable
