Signers are: Scott Carpenter, Gordon Cooper, John Glenn (ins), Wally Schirra, Alan Shepard, Buzz Aldrin, Michael Collins, Joe Allen, Alan Bean, Frank Borman, Vance Brand, John Bull, Jerry Carr, Gene Cernan, Charles Conrad, Jr., Walt Cunningham, Charlie Duke, Tony England, Owen Garriott, Ed Gibson, John Llewellyn (signed “Anthony Llewellyn”), Jack Lousa, James Lovell, Ken Mattingly, Richard Gordon, Fred W. Haise, Donald L. Holmquest, Joe Kerwin, William Lenoir (signed “W. B. Lenoir”), Bruce McCandless II, James McDivitt, F.
