<B>Murray Leinster [pseudonym of Will F. Jenkins]</B></I>.<B> Typescript for </B></I><B><I>Space Tug</B></I></B></I><B>.</B></I> 205 pages. 8.5" x 11". Carbon copy. With numerous hand corrections, edits, and printer instructions. Circa 1952. With three binding holes along the left margin, pages toned and well thumbed, and tatty along the edges. Very good.<BR><BR><I>Space Tug</B></I> was Leinster's second work of science fiction for juvenile readers, published by Shasta Publishers in 1953. In addition to the complete typescript this lot includes an unedited carbon copy of the first 87 pages of <I>Space Tug</B></I> with only slight toning and some light chipping at the edges. Another carbon copy of the first 91 pages under an Otis Kline Associates coversheet is also included. This copy is clean and in very good condition. Otis Adelbert Kline was himself a writer but in the mid-1930s Kline abandoned writing to concentrate on his career as a literary agent. He represented many science fiction and fantasy authors including Robert E.
