<B>19??-? Kennedy Half Dollar--Multiple Struck on Scrap--MS65 PCGS.</B></I> 68 gn. The scrap resembles a half dollar planchet irregularly cut in half. It has a copper core thinly plated on both sides with a nickel alloy. This scrap covered the left half of a die pair, and was struck at least twice. For the first strike, only the scrap was present between dies.
