<B>1999 1C Lincoln Cent--Double Struck, Second Strike 95% Obverse Indent--MS66 Red NGC.</B></I> The first strike was normal, but the piece clung to the reverse die instead of being ejected. The second strike is a broadstrike, with a newly fed planchet (not included) between the obverse die and the present piece. This planchet caused a 95% obverse indent, expanding and distorting the portrait of Lincoln from the first strike. The reverse is cup-shaped from a partial wrapping about the reverse die.<BR><BR><B>Coin Engraver:</B> Victor D.
