Mughals: Shah Jahan (1628-1658 AD) - silver rupee, Multan mint, AH1041/RY3, with month-name 'Azar' added in small letters below Shahada, not listed in major references, 11.44g.

Extremely fine, Extremely rare.

A variety that has recently come to notice, this coin has the name of the Ilahi month added in between the two mihrab-shaped cartouches on either side of the Shahada on obverse. Two more instances - Aban (Zeno #322661) and Mihr (Zeno #316623) - are also noted but not published or remarked in any Mughal catalogue so far.
