Jahangir, Silver 1/20 Rupee- Most likely struck as a Nisar, 0.53g, Burhanpur Mint, AH 1033/ RY 1(8), Obv: Persian legend “Jahangir Badshah Ghazi”, Rev: Mint name and AH date. Very fine, extremely rare.
A highly unusual denomination for fractional issues of Jahangir. Nisars known as ‘Noor Afshan’ are struck to the same weight standard.
