Akbar, Silver Rupee, 11.14g, “Eight Pointed Star” type, Agra Mint, Ilahi Month Shareware, Year 50 (KM# 95.1). Very fine+, exceedingly rare. This is one of the Beautiful and extremely rare type of Rupee struck by Emperor Akbar in his last year of region Ilahi 50. Most of the known specimen of this type having Month Amardad but only two of three specimens are known of Ilahi Month Shareware. Present coin centrally struck and beautiful among the known 2-3 specimens.
