Note Number 3387 for £9.8.3 issued to Mr. Andrew Jack. The note is unsigned. Jack, a resident of New Haven, served in the Connecticut Line from 1777 to 1782. Jack is also listed as a member of the all black 2nd company, 4th regiment of the Connecticut Line. This company, consisting of 48 black privates and NCOs, was formed in October of 1780 and served until November 1782. Circular punch cancellation. Overall Very Fine.
