The other 1902 Blue Seals in this auction have rubber stamped signatures, while this $20 has well executed penned signatures of the Cashier and President, J. Gordon Bone and H.C. Devin. These notes come from the cashier's family. Included is a paper tag mentioning that this was the "first one J.G.B signed when he was cashier."
