<B>Mount Vernon, OH</B></I> - $10 1902 Red Seal Fr. 613 <B>The New Knox NB</B></I> Ch. # (M)7638<BR>This is only the third Red Seal to be documented in the census for this Knox County bank. Not surprisingly, it is also the first Red Seal on the bank to go under the gavel. The note is a snappy <B>Fine</B></I> with a nice red overprint for the grade and the penned officer signatures are dark, too. There is a paper clip rust outline to the left of the portrait.
