Our Assessment: The Mossberg Model 35 is a bolt-action single-shot rifle chambered for .22 LR rounds. The rifle was used as a training rifle by the US military to practice marksmanship while freeing rifle rounds for the front lines. After the war, these rifles gained popularity as target rifles and have become a collector’s category all their own. Please see our photos and good luck in your bidding!
