<B>Morgantown, WV</B></I> - $10 1882 Brown Back Fr. 490 <B>The Second NB</B></I> Ch. # (S)2458<BR> The census from here includes nine large size notes. This <B>Very Good+</B></I> example, listed in the census as a Fine, is the sole surviving Brown Back of either of the two denominations issued from this bank. The delicate officers' black ink signatures are still readily legible and the overall appearance is very presentable for a note with some experience.
