Signed by James Stewart, treas., and Richard Popham, pres. 2). Ten Nevada Victor and Mining Co. First Mortgage Gold Coupon Bonds issued at 7% and signed by James Stewart, treas., and Richard Popham, pres. Also signed by Webster King Wetherill, pres. of the Adline Trust Company. Morgantown lies just west of Searchlight, NV. Mining in the area dates back to the early 1900s. The last working gold mine in the area folded in 1953.
