It "guides" at one-quarter the price of the Spectre's debut in #52, yet it's no easier to find in high grade than #52 is! Of course, it's also one of the earliest Spectre outings, drawn by Bernard Baily who also did the cover art. Both Overstreet and Gerber gave this book the designation "scarce." Overstreet 2006 FN 6.0 value = $3,834; VF 8.0 value = $9,585.
