Inc. in Colorado in 1880. No. 156. Ink and punch cancelled. Issued for 200 shares to Allen Hubbard on Nov. 22, 1887 in Golden, Colorado. Signed by president and secretary, but names have been inked over. Company seal at lower left. Reverse has signatures to transfer 100 shares Mrs. C.W. Pratt. Two vignettes at top center show mine and smelting buildings and mountain scenes. Measures 7" x 10 ½." Condition: folds and ink smears. The company was the collaboration of Francis Everett, Col.
