A rare and exquisitely crafted Moorcroft vase, designed by renowned artist Emma Bossons and issued in a strictly limited edition of just 25 pieces worldwide. Titled "The Bellows," this 5.5-inch tall vase captures Moorcroft's signature blend of vibrant glazes, intricate tube-lining, and expressive form. Executed in deep navy, pale celadon, and icy turquoise tones, the vase features a dynamic design of stylized birds in flight - each rendered with characteristic Moorcroft precision and fluid Art Nouveau curves. The high-gloss finish brings out the richness of the layered glazes, while the carved textures and lively eyes of the birds give the piece both motion and personality. The base is fully signed and marked: stamped "Moorcroft Made in Stoke-on-Trent, England," hand-signed by Emma Bossons, and dated 2022. This is hand-numbered 17/25, highlighting its rarity and desirability for collectors. A superb example of contemporary British studio pottery from one of Moorcroft's most celebrated living designers. Comes in excellent condition, ready for display or to elevate any Moorcroft collection.
