Framed ceramic wall plaque by Moorcroft Pottery, designed by Emma Bossons in 2003. The piece features a vibrant two-tile composition titled Birds of Paradise, showcasing stylized white birds perched among tropical passion flowers and foliage. Executed in Moorcroft's signature tube-lining technique, the plaque exhibits richly colored glazes in hues of navy blue, green, orange, and soft pastels. The reverse of the plaque includes a circular opening in the wooden frame revealing impressed and hand-painted marks. The impressed mark reads: "Moorcroft Made in Stoke on Trent England." It is hand-numbered "175/200," indicating this is number 175 from a limited edition of 200 pieces. The plaque is signed by designer Emma Bossons and dated 2003 in brown glaze. It retains the original label from "Moorcroft, The Art Studio" adhered to the back lower edge of the frame. Frame size: 11"L x 1"W x 19.25"H. Sight size: 7.75" x 16.25"H.
