Printed by Utah Lithographing Co. S.L.C. 6" x 9" and is black ink on crème paper; no vignette but a fancy masthead. Endorsed on reverse. The mine is mentioned in 1908 as increasing capital stock. It is again mentioned in the mid-teens as incorporating the Bullfrog Red Oak and becoming a co-op that lasted until the mid-forties.
