This is an original circa 1921 first edition complete set titled: Montana Its Story and Biography A History of Aboriginal and Territorial Montana and there Decades of Statehood Under the Editorial Supervision of Tom Stout. The lot features Volume I, II, & III. The books are published by The American Historical Society Chicago and New York 1921. These are an excellent complete first edition set of Montana books in very good condition showing some signs of age. These books explore the great stories of Montana from fur trade, Indian wars, exploration, and the Old West, truly a rare collectible. This is one of the greatest general histories of the state and territory, with much biographical material. Each book measures 8”x10 5/8” and 2.5” thick.
