Model 1911A1, .45 ACP caliber semi-automatic pistol, US property marked and fully inspected, parkerized finish, military grips, in original craft box with wax paper and two wrapped magazines, serial #969453. Shows two-line second-type Remington Rand logo. Interior is excellent to near mint and shows proper blued barrel and blued magazine. 99% plus original finish. Box shows proper stamps and just some slight discoloration and normal aging. Pictured on page 201 of “U.S. Military Automatic Pistols, 1884-1900” by Edward “Scott” Meadows. Est.: $3,000-$6,000.
