Model 1911-A1 semi-auto pistol by Remington, .45 cal., 5” barrel, renickeled finish with fancy silver and gold engraved grips, #1987527. This gun is in overall fair + to good condition showing the majority of its old renickel finish, good bore and action; accompanied with a fancy leather holster that is ornamented with brass tack trim and some colored buttons at the top of the skirt and back of holster marked “Danny Fletcher, Houston, Tex., 1944” and a lightly carved U.S.M.C. emblem on the front lower portion of the holster. A “Texican” looking .45. Est.: $600-$1,200.
