Model 1911, .45 ACP caliber semiautomatic pistol, by Springfield Armory. Blued finish, wood checkered grips, serial #105541. The pistol shows Springfield Armory markings on the slide, eagle, and correct firebomb proofs and all original parts. Including magazine which shows lanyard, folded edges, and is two-tone. The pistol remains in original very good condition with 70-80% original blue showing some even losses at high points, edges, and gripping areas. The metal surfaces are smooth with good markings and show just minimal erosion and pinprick pitting where finish is lost. The grips are good, with small losses at the toes and even wear. Interior is good, bore also good. With US-marked flap holster showing initials carved on back with World War II date in fair to good condition. Est: $1,250 - $2,500
