Model 1902 Officers Presentation saber and metal scabbard with gold washed blade, profusely etched on both sides, obverse blade-crossed cannon barrels with flags, Army Eagle, inscribed “Capt. Harold Ketcham”, six point proof star and“Germany”. Reverse blade-shield with crossed swords, “US”, cannon barrel, drum, flags. Scabbard is nickel plated with silver fittings; would be interesting to research Capt. Ketcham further, accompanied by soft leatherette casing; formerlyin the Swords of the Americas Collection of George E. Weatherly. Est.: $900-$1,800.
