Two items: reply card with the vignette of a harpooner in a whale boat for a cast costume party to benefit the Moby Dick Scholarship Fund, 4.25 x 3, signed in blue ballpoint on the reverse by John Huston and Gregory Peck; and an invitation to the world premiere of ‘Moby Dick’ signed and inscribed on the back, “To Mr. Owens, Fr. Ledebur” by Friedrich von Ledebur, who played tattooed South Sea cannibal harpooner Queequeg. Accompanied by an unsigned invitation to a clambake honoring the premiere, two other invitations, and two whale-shaped badges. In overall fine condition.
