In his gentle style, Rogers writes in part: ''[Fred Boyd] told me you enjoy collecting...autographed pictures, and it meant a lot to me that you would like to include my autograph...How fortunate you are to have a friend like Fred who cares so much about you...'' Signed ''Fred Rogers'' in blue ink. Letter measures 8.5'' x 11''. Expected folds from mailing and pin hole in upper left, else near fine.
