Miniature pencil sketch and watercolor in Indian scene measuring approximately 2 ¾” x 4” beautifully framed with copy of note on back from Alden Deming dated 1972 stating “I’m sure that this painting was done by myfather Edwin Willard Deming with his signature”. Edwin Deming was a prominent early Western artist and a New York dealer broke up his sketch book and sold many of these small artworks by tradition. The estate of Robert Petersen. Est.: $350-$700.
