Kishangarh School

The Kishangarh School is part of the Rajasthani School and was developed in the 18th century. It differs from other styles because of the individualizing facial features of depicted figures and its emphasis on religious motifs, particularly Krishna and Radha. The backgrounds are often filled by wide panoramas.
