Lot of 4 1) Mineral Hill Milling Company billhead. Signed by C. O. Engstrom. 2) Bank of California, San Francisco check. Signed by John Huber as agent for Allen Curtis. 3) Bank of California check signed by Allen Curtis. Curtis is credited with being the most successful mining man in Austin, Nevada. In 1870 he turned over operation of the Austin mines to his brother and obviously headed to Mineral Hill. Curtis signatures on Austin paper are much easier to find. 4) 1909 cancel on a Registered Package to Eureka, Nevada.City: Mineral HillCounty: EurekaState: NV
