Green underprint. 25 cent adhesive revenue stamp on left. Printed by Enterprise Print. No edge, corner, discoloration or pin holes issues. Very fine. No record of the company in Browne or Abbe. The Reese River Reveille locates this property in the 'Sag' between Austin and Clifton. Barrows shows up in Osceola 1861. By 1863 he is the mining recorder for Smoky Valley and contributor to the Reese River Reveille. Parry was a searcher of records, notary public, conveyancer and helped organize the pioneer bank in Eureka. He also attended the first Silver Party meeting. was assigned to a committee and sat with William Jennings Bryan when he spoke to the convention in California.
