Signers are: Daniel Webster, Edward Everett, Thomas Corwin, Thomas M. T. McKennan, John J. Crittenden, William A. Graham, Alexander H. H. Stuart, Nathan K. Hall, John P. Kennedy, and Reverdy Johnson. Various folds, toning, and soiling, otherwise overall fine condition.
