Presidential appointment naming Bladen Forrest a Justice of the Peace for the District of Columbia, countersigned "<I>Danl Webster</B></I>" as Secretary of State, with large embossed presidential seal in lower left. Light foxing, smoothed folds, minor loss to left margin, 5" split.
