For one, it stars the Blackhawk team that he created; for another, this cover, credited to Reed Crandall, shows the group's name integrated into the art in a very Eisner-esque fashion. And Eisner's old strip "Private Dogtag" even appears among the back-up features. Also of note is that the "P.T. Boat" feature started with this issue. This is the highest graded copy, and the only one that's been certified with a grade above 6.0 as of this writing. Overstreet 2006 NM- 9.2 value = $985.
