This is a lot of 2 pieces. 1) Burlington Cedar Rapids and Northern Railway Co. Stock Certificates. Incorporated under the laws of the state of Iowa, Minnesota and the Territory of Dakota. It was stock number 498 and issued to James Henry Smith for 5,000 in bonds on April 1, 1884. This stock has some wear including creases, and small tears. It measures 13” x 9.” There are also 7 hole punches in the center.  The Burlington Cedar Rapids and Northern Railway Co operated from 1879 to 1903 and was formed as a result of bankrupt Burling, Cedar Rapids and Minnesota Railway.  2) The Duluth, Huron and Denver Railway 40-year bond with 6% interest. The stock is number 504 and measure 12.75"x 9.45." It has some wear including creases.
