This unique vintage glass floor clock dates from the 1960s or 1970s. It stands 70.25" tall, 17" wide and 14.5" deep. It's made from thick tempered glass with a slight blue/green tint, and a beveled mirror with "c" battery-operated clock which is easily accessed from the rear. Working condition is not known. Overall condition is very good. There are a few chips to the glass at the base and the mirror could use a thorough cleaning. Easy setup and breakdown. Two lower angled glass legs and sing upright panel fit into slots in a cast aluminum or nickel base. No hardware required.
Designer and maker are unknown. Possibly designed by George Nelson for Howard Miller. This item resides in Chelsea in Manhattan ( New York City ) and may be seen by appointment. Thanks for visiting. Please let us know if you have any questions or comments.
