Mid 19th century powder flask, probably English, showing embossed body with oak leaves, japan lacquered finish, two compartments in bottom, one for caps, one for .60 caliber balls. The flask shows 80-90% bright lacquer, thinning at the springs, measuring 5-7/8” from tip of spout to bottom of flask. Suitable for cased dueling pistols.
