Mid-19th century portable shaving set in leather case, showing beveled edge folding mirror, ivory handled razor, brush and other implements. Good condition. The type carried by a Civil War Officer. Good overall condition. Beaver felt top hat marked J. Latimer, Utica, New York. Approx. 6-1/2” in height, good condition, some wear at the edges, generally good overall. Sweat band intact, some normal fraying. Dates approx. 1850. A remnant of America’s fur trade. Est: $300 - $600

Little John's will pay for packing and materials. Buyer pays actual costs of shipping and insurance. All International purchases will be sent to an exporter for shipment to foreign countries.
