Ballpoint signature, “Mickey Mantle,” on an off-white 3.75 x 4.75 lightly-lined sheet of paper, also signed in ballpoint by nine members of the 1963 NY Yankees and Cleveland Indians, including Marshall Bridges, Bill Stafford, Hector Lopez, Jack Reed, Max Alvis, Gary Bell, Jerry Walker, Al Luplow, and Larry Brown. In very good condition, with a central horizontal fold, uniform shade of toning with heavier areas around the edges, a few small points of separation along the fold, and a JSA authentication label affixed to the reverse side of Mantle’s signature. Accompanied by a full letter of authenticity from James Spence.
