79" tall by 31" wide, 14 1/2" deep. In recognition of the end of the Mayan calendar, December 12, 2012 when folks were claiming the world was about to end, Michael Miller made two wood coffins-- his and hers...just in case. Michael Miller (1959-2021). Adopted at the age of 2 by a Mennonite family, Michael was raised on the Oregon coast. He began woodworking at the age of 14. At age 21, Michael opened his first woodworking shop and made high end cabinetry and fine furniture. Michael's work has been featured at many art shows in California and at the Maritime Museum in Monterey, California. Later moving to Montana, Michael collected everything from wood to spent brass and turned them into masterful works of art.
