<B>Republic. Pattern silver 10 Centavos 1868-Mo C,</B></I> Reeded Edge, type of KM-403.7 but date unlisted. The first date listed, curiously, is 1869/8. Over 8! Here there is no trace of a 9, only a bold and rounded 8. Probably made during the end of the era of Maximilian, and somehow found its way into circulation. XF and sharp, golden gray toning; surfaces show many tiny marks from being in commercial use.
