Rupert with the purpose of sharing pricing information for Republic of Mexico and Mexican Decimal coins. The package was mailed sometime during the late 1960s or early 1970s as evidenced by the postage on the package. Exact Date is uncertain as it is missing or unreadable from the postmark. The following titles were sent to Holland:
