In part: "<I>Law to establish the constituent legislatures of the states, internal Western Provinces composed of Sinaloa and Sonora, internal Northern Provinces composed of Chihuahua, Durango and New Mexico, and internal Eastern Provinces composed of Ccoahuila, Nuevo Leon and Texas. . .</B></I> " Dated "<I>Mexico 4 de Febeero [sic] de 1824</B></I>" at the end.
