Robert Kanigher, who scripted countless war stories for DC's Big Five war titles in the 1950s and 1960s was the writer, Ross Andru the distinctive artist on the early issues. This is the premiere issue of the robots' own title, following an earlier four-issue tryout in Showcase. This pretty copy would rate a higher grade except for corner blunting, and some edge wear along the back bottom. On occasion eBay live bid software cannot keep up with the pace of the auctions where 4-5 lots per minute can hammer down, so we recommend that you place a realistic absentee bid now as insurance to avoid disappointment. Also please note that all Heritage/CAA lots purchased through eBay Live carry a 20% Buyer's Premium. Please make sure you read the Terms and Conditions.
