<B>Mervyn LeRoy Painting by Nicholas Volpe from the Beverly Hills CENSORED Club.</B></I> The distinctions of Mervyn LeRoy (1900-1987) in Hollywood history are many: he directed such film as <I>Little Caesar,</B></I> <I>Golddiggers of 1933,</B></I> <I>Random Harvest,</B></I> <I>30 Seconds Over Tokyo</B></I> and <I>Quo Vadis,</B></I> produced such classics as <I>The Wizard of Oz,</B></I> and directed 13 actors in Oscar-nominated performances. He even introduced Ronald Reagan to Nancy Davis! This superb study of LeRoy was painted and signed by the artist Volpe and comes in a 18" x 22" black wooden frame with gold trim. Some wear to the frame and the lower area of the painting, otherwise in Fine to Very Fine condition.
